2022

Product Design Manager

I lead a multicultural design team in the iGaming sector, overseeing both management interpersonal and the creation of innovative solutions. Upon taking this role, I identified the need for organized processes within the department. I developed a comprehensive design system library in Figma, enabling each brand to have its own visual identity and components. This initiative resulted in visual consistency and efficiency. Additionally, I implemented an ticket system using Notion, allowing members to request designs in a structured and agile manner.

Within my team, I focus on interpersonal management and mentor in Multimedia Art Direction (both online and offline), scenario automation using FastTrack, and content management (CMS). I also teach tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Web Designer, among others. This dual role not only helps me acquire and share knowledge but also enhances each team member’s skills.

My primary operational responsibility is to develop responsive web pages focused on conversion. This process starts with market research, followed by prototyping in Figma, which I then develop for the web (HTML5/CSS/JavaScript) or as WordPress themes. After launch, I monitor and analyze data to implement continuous improvements. I work closely with PO, Marketing, SEO, Development teams to ensure our goals are aligned.

My background as a Product Designer has not only helped me develop digital products such as web pages and applications but also made me realize the value of applying UX/UI methodologies to the team’s processes as a whole. I believe user-centered design enhances the final product and can also improve internal processes, leading to a more productive and efficient team.

2021

Product Designer Senior

As a Senior Product Designer at RecargaPay, I conducted user research and analysis to comprehend their needs and expectations. I crafted high-fidelity prototypes to test concepts and iterate designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams. My role involved developing attractive and intuitive UI designs to enhance the user experience, ensuring brand consistency and design standards across product interactions. Additionally, I tracked and analyzed product performance metrics to propose continuous improvements.

2011

Font End – UX/UI Designer

I led the strategic vision of the business and the feasibility of solutions for major digital revolutions.

Where I had the pleasure of immersing myself in the world of applications and Self-Service (ATM). I benchmarked the competition, prioritized User Experience (UX) and Interface Design (UI), microcopy and prototyping.

I worked on projects using frameworks such as Angular and Ionic to create dynamic and responsive interfaces, ensuring design consistency.

I also carried out user testing and post-development homologation to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the solutions implemented.

2010

Front End Developer

Specialized in crafting bespoke WordPress themes, employing PHP, HTML, CSS, and diverse plugins to ensure responsive, functional, and visually captivating designs. Additionally, I excelled in the customization and seamless integration of themes, alongside proficient content management.
